Lesson 17 - Tests and ReadingComprehension Test
Further Exercises
ReadingThese are themes not very well covered in the set books, or indeed many others, so there is not very much reading to do this lesson. In Freya Aswynn's Principles of Runes, chapter 4, "Divination with Runes", read from the top of p 77 to p 78 ending ".. aspects they have in common". You will recognize that Aswynn's "inverted runes" are the same as the reversed runes discussed in the lecture. Her "companion runes" are a more generalized form of modifier rune. This is a little different to what was considered in the lecture, but as you will be aware by now, there are few definites with the runes. You will have to consider the various approaches and decide which, if any, you wish to apply in your own divinatory practice.
