We would suggest you can find Cutting and Staining without any difficulty. Reading is therefore inherent in those. The way the charm is phrased suggests that the staining may also Evoke the charm. Finally we would suggest that Sending is done with a spoken command, in this case the question asked. This last one is by no means certain but seems logical to us in context.
