All personal information you disclose to The Rune School is confidential. We do not sell email addresses or other personal data.

It is not necessary to disclose any information to use The Rune School web site, however those who choose to register as students or as users of the Discussion Forums will gain access to extra pages and/or facilities and be entitled to additional support.

We collect statistical information about our students/users primarily to enable us to focus and develop our courses and services. The Rune School reserves the right to release aggregate data to advertisers or other interested parties. The Rune School also reserves the right, for such purposes as it deems appropriate, to make public, through manual or automatic means, those items of data collected at registration which cannot be used to directly identify an individual, such as region of domicile. Data items which could be used to identify an individual, such as email address, will only be released with the explicit permission of that individual, granted by means such as the clicking of a check box authorising such disclosure.

Reasonable steps will be taken to safeguard personal data which will be stored in a non publically-accessible directory. The Rune School however takes no responsibility for consequences arising from accidental disclosure or the results of illegal activity such as hacking.

Registration is deemed acceptance of this policy.
