Preferred Supplier Designation

While the School will, by means of its website, offer information on commercial suppliers of runes, runic jewellery and other relevent products and services, these details are for information only and the inclusion in such lists does not imply quality of good or services or reliability of a supplier. Ultimately the School cannever guarantee that individual goods will arrive or be as advertised, however the School does want to foster mutually-beneficial relationships with companies who can provide materials for its courses.

Accordingly the School will evaluate and designate certain companies as a "Preferred Supplier" to the School and its students. The company many then use the appropriate logo on its website and in publicity materials.

In order to qualify for this designation a company must satisfy the School that:

• It is financially stable
• It has a pro-active environmental policy, including making use of recycled materials where possible
• It has an ethical approach to its business
• Goods are of a suitable standard and dispatched in reasonable time
• Quality assurance procedures are in place to maintain standards of goods/services
• It has a customer-centered approach and that customer enquiries and complaints are appropriately responded to

All such designations will be reviewed annually or earlier should this prove necessary since the School does not make this designation lightly and undertakes to take up any customer complaints which it is alerted to with the supplier. Where standards are proven to have fallen below those required the School will remove the designation and require the supplier to cease use of the logo with immediate effect.
